If you receive an incorrect size shade, simply remove it from the box, take a picture of the actual headrail measurement with a metal tape measure, and provide it to the seller for review. Your order should arrive within 7-10 days, depending on your location in the U.S. For any returns, please utilize your account purchasing center/orders.

In case you encounter difficulty snapping the headrail into the bracket, ensure the brackets are evenly aligned, leveled, and not set too far back into the window, allowing enough room to properly seat the headrail.
