Inside Mount: For an inside-the-frame mount, your window frame must have a depth of at least 2 inches. When placing your order, please provide the accurate width measurements to the 1/8 inch, and we will deduct 1/4 inch from the exact width provided.

Outside Mount: If you prefer an outside-the-frame mount, we will not make any deductions. Simply provide us with the exact size you want the shades to be when filling out the customization form.

Customization and Quality: To ensure the perfect fit, measure the outer width and length of your window frame. For an outside mount, add 3-6 inches to the width and length measurements to determine the shade size. We will not make any deductions for an outside mount, so please provide the exact size you desire.

Once a customized product leaves the store, it cannot be returned, except in the case of a quality issue.
